Stuck Media provides its website and services 'as is' and 'as available.' We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We are not responsible for any data loss or damage resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Stuck Media in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If you purchase services from Stuck Media, you agree to pay all fees according to the agreed-upon terms and conditions. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Stuck Media reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Stuck Media reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

You may terminate your relationship with Stuck Media by discontinuing use of our services and notifying us in writing.

Stuck Media may modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the website or notification to you. Your continued use of our services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pakistan.
