What does Stuck Media Solutions do?
We are an AI automation agency and custom software team in Multan, Pakistan. We build for growing businesses: AI agents, WhatsApp chatbots, AI voice agents, workflow automation, custom CRM, ERP and POS systems, Shopify and web apps, and SEO. The team is based in Multan, Pakistan and works remotely with clients in the UK, US, EU and Gulf.
How much does AI automation cost?
We publish the prices of our AI automation services. The Automation Audit is $700 fixed, delivered in 7 working days and credited in full to a build started within 30 days. Builds start from $1,500, and the Automation Partner plan starts from $2,500 per month. Larger systems are quoted in writing after the audit.
Can you build a WhatsApp chatbot or an AI voice agent?
Yes. We build WhatsApp chatbots on the WhatsApp Business API that answer questions, qualify leads and book appointments, and AI voice agents that answer calls and send you a summary. A person can take over any conversation. Message and call fees are charged by the providers, separately from our work.
Do you build custom CRM, ERP and POS software?
Yes. If a ready made tool fits your process, we will tell you to use it. We build custom when your process is unusual, you need several integrations, or you pay for features you never use.
Who owns the code?
You do, 100%. Source code, documentation and accounts are handed over at the end of the build, and the repository can live in your organisation from day one.
How do time zones and communication work?
We overlap at least 4 hours a day with UK and Gulf working hours and cover US mornings. You talk directly to the engineers doing the work, in English, on Slack, Teams, email or WhatsApp, with a weekly demo.
How do payments work?
The Automation Audit is paid upfront. Builds are 50% at the start and 50% on delivery, or split into milestones above $10k. Monthly plans are billed in advance. We accept Wise, Payoneer, bank transfer or card.
