How do time zones work?
We overlap at least 4 hours a day with UK and Gulf working hours and cover US mornings. You get a weekly demo and a shared channel for day-to-day questions.
Who owns the code?
You do — 100%. Source code, documentation and accounts are handed over at the end of the build, and the repository can live in your organisation from day one.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share any details about your product or data.
How do payments work?
Discovery is paid upfront. Builds are 50% at the start and 50% on delivery, or split into milestones above $10k. Monthly plans are billed in advance. We accept Wise, Payoneer, bank transfer and card.
How do we communicate?
In English, directly with the engineers doing the work — no account managers in between. Slack, Teams, email or WhatsApp, whichever your team already uses.
